Child reductions
We offer the following child reductions in partents room:
- 0 – 2 years Euro 20,00 per day, including cot and food
- 3 – 6 years 50% discount on the board price
- 7-15 years 30% discount on the board price
- 16 + years 10% discount on the board price
Tourist tax
The prices quoted are exclusive of € 3.50 "Tourist Tax", the statutory tourist tax payable locally per person (aged 14 and over) per day.
Sonnblick Price Guarantee
You get the best price when you book direct. The earlier you book, the lower the price! Our prices are based on the room categories and the current occupancy rate. Early bookers are therefore rewarded with flexible prices!
Check-in / Check-out
You can check into your room from 14:00. If you arrive after 19:00, please inform us by telephone. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the room within 10:00 am. Late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability.
Our cancellation fees
Something can happen before departure. To avoid any financial loss, we recommend that you take out the Travel Cancellation Protection Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance in cooperation with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
In case of cancellation please inform us in writing as early as possible.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
There are no cancallation fees up to 30 days prior to arrival. You will get a voucher equal to your deposit - so you can use it for your next stay in our hotel.
For cancellations made after this period, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- Cancellation from 4 weeks up o 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation from 15 days up tot he booked date of arrival: 80% of the total amount.
- In case of no- show (no arrival), delayed arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the whole stay.
Parking
Free of charge directly in front of the hotel.
Vacation with your 4-legged friend
Dogs are only permitted on request and for an extra charge. Please bring your own pet basket or blanket. Dogs are not permitted in the dining room and the wellness area. If you would like to have your dog with you at breakfast and dinner, just let us know and we will be happy to assign you a cozy table in our lounge - this is a little away from the dining room and dogs are allowed.
Allergies and special requests
Please inform us of any allergies or special requests so that our kitchen team can prepare dishes specially tailored to them.
Payment processing
You can pay in cash (4.999,00 Euro is the limit), with EC Card or bank card. We aim to keep our prices stable. In the event of unforeseen economic developments or changes of the VAT rate we have to adapt our prices accordingly.
