Nordic Walking in the „Nature.Fitness.Park.Kronplatz Dolomiti"
Nordic walking is zest for life pure and simple – and when is it possible to put this feeling into practise more easily than on a health and wellbeing-oriented holiday on the Kronplatz in the Dolomites? Families, senior citizens, enthusiasts and active sportsmen and women – everyone will have fun walking on the largest Nature.Fitness.Park in Europe at the foot of the Kronplatz mountain in the Dolomites, which stretches from Pfalzen and Bruneck via Olang to Rasen in the Antholz Valley.
The “Nature.Fitness.Park.Kronplatz Dolomiti” contains a network of paths with many easy and intermediate routes covering a total of over 285 km. With exercise boards throughout the park, this fashionable sport in the wonderful natural surroundings of the Puster Valley and the Dolomites can now be practised to your heart’s content.
Golfing at the Kronplatz / Reischach
Nestling at the foot of the Kronplatz is the Reischach Sports Park. It offers a 9-hole, par 34, 2803-metre course.
The new Open Country Course has been carefully blended into the wonderful landscape, with sections in the forest, in open countryside and in wetlands in the Reischach Sports Park. The practice course with a driving range and chipping and putting greens is located directly alongside the new club house, in which Markus Steger and his team take care of the players’ culinary needs.
Everything’s tough to begin with, but the golf school, which is run (from April to November) by a PGA professional, Gareth Pugh, offers individual and group lessons for beginners and advanced players who don’t wish to forego their game of golf during their holiday. Rental clubs and trolleys are available to guests if pre-booked.
