TRAVEL INFORMATIONS:

Persons entering Italy from Wednesday, June 1, 2022 do not need 3G proof in the form of a digital Covid certificate (so-called Green Pass) or an equivalent certificate. The entry is therefore very uncomplicated.

Guests no longer need a Green Pass for accommodation or to use the wellness facilities.

GENERAL
Of course, we take great care to ensure that we in our hotel don’t give the corona virus any more chance. We have adapted the hygiene measures to the current circumstances for you:
- Your room will be completely inclined and disinfected before your arrival and after your departure.
- Check-in can be done conveniently from home without any paperwork. Use the online check tool a few days before arrival.
- We only use antibacterial and disinfectant cleaning agents and equipped our hotel with sufficient disinfectant dispensers.
GASTRONOMY
- The buffet area is regulary open. Please disinfect your hands.
- You can enjoy breakfast and dinner comfortably at your table without a face mask as usual and here you are served by our service staff.
- Our tables are aligned so that the safety distance of one meter from your table neighbor can be guaranteed.
SPA & WELLNESS
- Both spa areas (Skylounge & Alpin Spa), the pools and sun terrace are regulary open
- Disinfectants are available for the beds in our relaxation rooms.
- Our wellness area is only available to hotel guests, we do not offer a 'day spa' for non-hotel-guests.
- Treatments and massages take place normally while observing the hygiene measures.
We are sure that there will be no big restrictions in our hotel and you will enjoy our house, the South Tyrolean hospitality and natural landscape as always!
